Tri-town Little League must maintain a strong Board of Directors (BOD) to operate efficiently and promote healthy, well-rounded development of our youth baseball and softball players.  We are always looking for volunteers that are interested in making decisions that further our mission and whose primary objective is to positively benefit our league and organization as a whole.

The are two levels to our Board of Directors:  voting and non-voting members.  The BOD chart below shows our structure and which members have voting privileges.   In combination with our coaches and parents, each position is essential to the vitally of the league.  Every year we welcome new members to volunteer to replace outgoing Board Members.  Maintaining an adequate number of active Board members will allow each Board Member to function to their full capacity of their assigned duties and responsibilities.   Doing so will prevent mistakes, problems and issues that to correct, will drain energy, time and resources from our mission of supplying our youth with the best Little League experience.
